Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading estimating efforts for civil and infrastructure projects. You will review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to prepare detailed cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, and develop pricing for labor, materials, and subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of estimating experience in civil, infrastructure, or heavy construction.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction means, methods, and cost structures.
  • Proficiency in estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid or Agtek preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
