Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Assist in food preparation and presentation
* Ensure accurate records in accordance with the Vulnerable Persons Food Safety Program
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve food service goals

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a food handling role is preferred
* Knowledge and understanding of food hygiene and food safety
* Relevant Certificate in Food Safety
* Flu and Covid two dose plus booster vaccination is mandatory
