The Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Lead to join our team in Forbes.

You will be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites.

With the right attitude, we will provide the training you need to succeed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
  • Support the team in fostering a positive, values-driven culture.
  • Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
  • Complete tasks as directed by the team lead.
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job.
Requirements
  • A background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
  • Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
  • A valid driver's licence - minimum P2.
  • Confidence towing a trailer.
  • A NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check.
