About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Forbes You will maintain gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. We will provide training to the right candidate.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time Perm, 38 hours/week
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Travel: Yes, company vehicle provided when available
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance tasks
  • Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive team culture
  • Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching employment goals
  • Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders
  • Maintain a positive attitude on the job
Qualifications
  • Experience in property or garden maintenance, including weed identification
  • Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided)
  • Physically fit for manual tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid P2 driver's license
  • Confident towing trailers
  • Willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Checks
