About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Forbes. You will be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites.

  • Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
  • Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
  • Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.

What We're Looking For

Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification is required. Familiarity with operating relevant equipment is also necessary. Training will be provided if needed.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
  • Valid driver's licence - minimum P2.
