Job Opportunity: Civil Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, project management, and leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, inspecting, and administering civil construction works to ensure compliance with contract requirements, standards, and regulations. They will also carry out project supervision and client interface for specific civil and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conducting site inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action
  • Preparing reports and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in civil construction or project management, demonstrated ability to deliver projects, strong communication skills, and experience working within a team.

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
