Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable heavy haulage truck drivers to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will play a crucial part in safely hauling bulk materials across mine sites and remote routes using triple and quad road trains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate heavy haulage trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition
  • Load and unload materials, using a front-end loader
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and delivery times
  • Follow safety procedures and best practices for vehicle maintenance and operation
Requirements:
  • Current & Valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements
  • Commercial Drivers Fatigue Management Certificate (validity within 2 years)
  • National Police Clearance
  • Proven experience as a Heavy Haulage Truck Operator – carting oversized loads and self-loading with a front-end loader
  • Experience operating in an on-road and off-road environment
  • Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
