About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly dedicated and passionate Restoration Technician to join our team and contribute to the company's growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional restoration services to our clients, working closely with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to properties throughout the region to complete restoration works, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize industry-leading job management and reporting software to track progress and communicate with clients.
  • Remove and discard non-salvageable building materials and contents contaminated by flood, mould, sewage, fire, and other hazards.
  • Restore and sanitize building materials and contents deemed restorable, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Install and monitor restoration equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Clean and maintain company facilities, equipment, and vehicles, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in restoration, with a proven track record of managing large and intricate projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
  • Trade skills or prior handyman experience is desirable, with the ability to lift heavy objects on occasion.
  • Australian Driver's License and Construction White card are mandatory.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend and after-hours work.
