About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plastering Specialist to join our team at McNab. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and priming.
  • Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and even finishes.
  • Repair and restore damaged plastered areas to their original condition.
  • Work with a variety of materials and products to create different textures and decorative patterns.
  • Operate hand and power tools, as well as hire equipment, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in Plastering (Cert III in Plastering or similar).
  • Proven experience in plastering and related construction activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
