Plum Partners provide a service to Real Estate Agents through Onyx Network Bookkeeping to support them in setting up and running their own business.
We offer administrative, branding, mentorship and bookkeeping support to over 30 partners and are growing at a fast rate.Our bookkeeping team looks after day-to-day jobs for our partners including AP/AR, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, BAS and Superannuation.

What We're Looking For:An allrounder Bookkeeper/Senior Finance Officer and or BAS agentStrong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practicesExperience with XeroStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsIntermediate/Advanced use of ExcelComfortable navigating and interpreting the awardAbility to prepare and lodge BAS (under a registered BAS Agent)Accounts Payable/Receivable experienceStrong communications skills and ability to work independentlyOpen to change and easily adaptableThe Role:Overseeing: Managing and Training a team of fantastic offshore bookkeepers, instilling a culture of continual improvement.Onboarding Accounts: Conducting meetings with new Partners to onboard and help them set up their accountsRelationship Manager: You will have a portfolio assigned and you will need to be comfortable helping clients over the phone, through email and zoom meetingsPolicies & Procedures: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to create an optimal workflowTroubleshooting: Using your exceptional problem solving skills to help the team with any issues that ariseWhy Join Us?
