We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Performance Manager.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional results-driven marketing solutions. As a key member of our media planning and buying team, you will be responsible for developing and executing biddable media campaigns that drive business growth for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on programmatic campaign execution across Google Display & Video (DV360), extracting performance report data, and presenting results to internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior team members, establish best practice processes, and troubleshoot platform issues as the subject matter expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Digital Director and wider media team to develop and execute media strategy and planning activity for client portfolios.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of biddable media campaigns and direct social buys.
  • Execute, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns across Google Display & Video (DV360).
  • Extract performance report data for all internal and external meetings, and present results, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support and mentor junior team members with establishing best practice processes, reviewing work to ensure high standards and accuracy, and in-platform troubleshooting as the SME.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Programmatic Specialist from a media agency or similar environment.
  • Expertise in the Google Ads Platform, specifically DV360.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
