Digital Marketing Campaign Strategist

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team. This role will involve developing and managing comprehensive campaigns across paid search, affiliates, and app stores.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns and be able to measure campaign performance rigorously, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimization recommendations across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversion
  2. Manage large media budgets and execute campaigns to drive acquisition volume efficiently
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver innovations to our digital advertising program
  4. Proven experience in experimentation and A/B testing: developing test-and-learn frameworks and initiatives to drive conversion (CRO)

As a member of our team, you will work closely with Data & AI, Digital, and Technology teams to shape all kinds of possibilities for our business.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), affiliates (Canstar, Finder), app stores (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns), and programmatic media buying (DA360)
  • Ability to manage large media budgets and execute campaigns to drive acquisition volume efficiently
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Datorama, and ThoughtSpot
  • High accountability for customer, brand, commercial, and risk outcomes, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience collaborating as part of cross-functional teams; mentoring or leadership experience is an advantage
