Green Space Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Green Space Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with beautiful gardens and landscapes, ensuring they are well-maintained and looked after.

  • Your key responsibilities will include undertaking gardening duties such as establishment and maintenance of gardens and lawns, planting, pruning, mowing, tree maintenance, whipper snipping, weeding, irrigation, soil and sediment control, rehabilitation works, chemical application, pest/disease control, and maintenance of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to utilise and maintain small items of plant, equipment, tools (hand and power) and personal protective equipment and clothing (PPE/C) in accordance with our standards.
  • As part of your role, you will need to complete documentation relevant to the position, such as standard forms and site safety documentation.

Requirements:

  • A Class C Driver's Licence is essential for this role.
  • You must also hold a General Construction Induction Training Card (White Card).
  • A qualification relevant to the position, such as a Certificate II in Horticulture, would be highly desirable.
