As a skilled Horticulturist, Landscape Gardener, or Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and enhancement of expansive gardens, landscapes, and natural surroundings. Your passion for maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces will support guest comfort, outdoor programs, and the preservation of our native environment.

In This Hands-on Role, You Will:
  • Care for and maintain extensive gardens, lawns, and natural landscapes across our 200-acre site
  • Carry out seasonal planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed management tasks to ensure optimal garden health
  • Support irrigation, drainage, fencing, and landscape construction projects to enhance outdoor spaces
  • Maintain car parks, water features, pools, and stormwater systems to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Ensure adherence to horticultural best practices for sustainability, soil health, pest management, and plant care
  • Collaborate with the grounds and maintenance teams to monitor outdoor safety hazards, enhance outdoor spaces, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and rejuvenating environment for all guests
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping
  • Knowledge of horticultural practices, including seasonal planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of irrigation, drainage, and landscape construction principles
