We are currently seeking skilled and experienced horse handlers to join our team on a part-time basis at Pakenham Race Course.

As a stable hand, your primary responsibilities will include brushing, grooming, feeding, exercising horses, leading them to their stables, and performing general stable duties.

You will be required to handle young horses and colts, possess good physical fitness levels, and demonstrate self-motivation and proactive behavior in the workplace.

In addition, having your own vehicle and a current driver's license is highly desirable, although not essential.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Saturday, with two shifts available: AM (approximately 3:30am-9am) or PM (approximately 1:30pm-4:30pm).
