Equine Breaker Position

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an equine breaker. This role involves riding pre-trainers and horses during their final stages of breaking preparation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Confident riding ability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
  • Experience in riding equestrian or racehorses

This position offers flexible hours and days outside of track work, allowing the successful applicant to further develop their skills and gain valuable experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ride a variety of horses and develop your expertise in horse breaking. You will be working with experienced trainers and handlers to ensure that the horses receive the best possible care and training.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about horse riding and has a strong commitment to providing excellent care and training to the horses.

As an equine breaker, you will be responsible for preparing horses for racing by teaching them to respond to commands and behave well under saddle.

You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of breeds and ages of horses, which will provide you with a wealth of experience and knowledge.
