We are seeking a skilled Accounts Officer to process high volumes of invoices and manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Audit and store archived documents for easy access
  • Identify invoice discrepancies and escalate promptly
  • Communicate effectively with various business areas
  • Ensure timely processing of all charges and expenses
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume tasks
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in accounting or administration advantageous
  • Knowledge of accounting systems beneficial
