Accounts Officer | Part-Time opportunity at Sharp & Carter. 24 hours per week in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
The OrganisationOur client is a market leader within the consulting space and is looking to onboard a like minded and highly skilled accounts officer on a part-time basis.
The Responsibilities- Accounts Payable duties
- Processing of invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Supplier reconciliations
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Collection calls and emails
- Various office admin duties
- Other Adhoc duties to assist the broader team
- Previous experience within accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Part Time opportunity - 24 hours weekly
