Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth across various market segments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow top-tier accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities across all segments, identifying high-value prospects for the hotel and region.
  • Collaborate with national and property-based account managers to maximize group-wide performance.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with consortia, travel agents, and conference organizers.
  • Drive yield management strategies to ensure long-term profitability.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting and quotations.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales calls, site inspections, and industry events.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to align on strategy and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Business Growth Specialist, you should have sharp sales instincts, strategic thinking, and a passion for hospitality. With proven experience, strong commercial acumen, and the confidence to build lasting relationships, you'll be the driving force behind growth, innovation, and unforgettable guest experiences.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
