Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of sales and customer service skills. As a dedicated relationship manager, you will be responsible for owning a pipeline of customers and brokers from initial inquiry to settlement.

  • Identify opportunities to maximise each deal and achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Effectively handle objections with our customers or brokers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales conversions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure loan approvals in line with customer needs and company policies.

Key requirements include:

  • Full ownership of a customer portfolio
  • Business lending experience is desirable
  • Background in financial services or FinTech is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask and maintain a fast-paced pipeline
  • Strong relationships with business partners and existing customers
  • Commercial acumen
