We are seeking a creative, strategic and technically proficient
HubSpot Product Owner
to lead the development, optimisation, and adoption of our HubSpot CRM platform within our lead generation business - oSpace. This role will collaborate closely with the Global HubSpot Product Owner to ensure alignment with global standards, drive local CRM initiatives, and deliver solutions that support digital, sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, integrations, automation and agile project management, with a passion for data quality and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment & Collaboration

  • Partner with the Global HubSpot Product Owner to align local CRM strategy and configurations with global standards.

  • Provide creative input on solution building.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability of CRM processes across regions.

  • Roadmap & Feature Prioritisation

  • Define and maintain the HubSpot CRM roadmap based on business goals.

  • Prioritise features, integrations, and enhancements to maximise impact.
  • Work closely with the digital data manager and team.

  • User Requirements & Workflow Design

  • Gather and refine requirements from executives, digital, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Design and optimise workflows, pipelines, properties, and automation.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, and developers to implement CRM changes.

  • Lead training sessions and promote CRM best practices across teams.

  • Data Quality & Compliance

  • Establish and maintain clean and accurate contact, company, and deal records.

  • Align with the oSpace Platform development team.
  • Ensure policy, privacy and security compliance within HubSpot.

  • Performance Monitoring & Adoption

  • Track CRM usage, security, reporting metrics, and pipeline health.

  • Drive user adoption and promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated creative solution building.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho).
  • Experience working with automation, APIs, integrations, database design, and Entity Relationship Diagrams.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and understanding of cloud application development and security.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Lean, Kanban).
