Lead Coffee Expert

About This Role

We're looking for a seasoned coffee professional to oversee our cafe's operations, train staff, and ensure high-quality food and beverages are served and prepared.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shifts and train baristas
  • Guarantee impeccable presentation and quality of dishes and drinks
  • Manage customer orders and transactions efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle feedback professionally
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role or equivalent experience as a barista is preferred
  • RSA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
  • Proven supervisory and training skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure
