Key Responsibilities:
  • Coffee Preparation and Presentation:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with focus on consistency and presentation.
  • Team Leadership and Training:
  • Lead and train baristas and waitstaff to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Operations Management:
  • Manage daily operations including ordering stock, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with staff scheduling and ensure smooth shift handovers.
  • Workplace Culture:
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Leadership Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills:
