ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Production Specialist who lives and breathes production, thrives on fast-paced challenges, and knows how to make things happen. In this role, you'll take the reins on a key category – managing production from concept to delivery, and making sure our products hit the mark on quality, fit, price, and timing.

What you'll be doing:

• Own Production: Manage every step from order to delivery, ensuring our much loved Typo products are quality, on point, and on time.
• Deliver Speed & Agility: Execute production strategies that keep us ahead of the curve and close to what our customers want, when they want it.
• Build Strong Supplier Partnerships: Collaborate closely with global suppliers to elevate quality, solve problems fast, and drive long-term value for both sides
• Source Smart: Help source innovative materials and techniques while supporting our global supplier network to scale sustainably.
• Drive Results: Collaborate with the wider group Production team to hit all the right notes on cost, quality, and timing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A degree in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field.
• Experience as a Production Specialist or Manager (bonus if it's in hardgoods/accessories).
• Hands-on knowledge of offshore supply chains and cost-effective production strategies.
• Strong background in FOB, open costing, capacity planning, and order placement.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to keep things moving smoothly.
• A collaborative spirit and passion for creating products that are as fun as they are thoughtful.
