About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ICT Support Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the purchase of approved computer hardware, software, and data services, ensuring compliance with our purchasing procedures.
- Manage the dispatching, replacement, and repair of all Scope mobile phones in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all hardware purchased and ensure that our audit register is up-to-date.
- Work closely with our telecommunication partners to ensure that our mobile solutions are fully functional and meet our business needs.
- Provide administrative support to our mobile workforce, handling enquiries and resolving issues related to mobiles, iPads, and other technology.
Requirements
- Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with our ICT team, executive, senior management, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mobile phone configuration and purchasing principles.
