About this Role

As a Terminal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Sales Consultants, Carpark Attendants, and Cleaners. You will work autonomously while guiding and motivating your team members to deliver outstanding service quality.

Key Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in guiding and supporting teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Senior First Aid and Resuscitation Qualifications.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and relationships.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate time management and organization.

Working Conditions

This role requires a physically fit individual who can handle the demands of a dynamic terminal environment. You will be required to work at various times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A reliable transportation method is also necessary due to the remote location of the terminal.
