Job Title: Operational Manager

As a pivotal team member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to individuals with physical and psycho-social disabilities.

This involves guiding and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Coordinating individualised care plans
  • Fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and clients

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Experience in the Disability sector, particularly with complex behaviours and mental health challenges
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills, including identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing these using a logical approach

A Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support is highly regarded, as well as experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures.

You will also be expected to work collaboratively with stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation of activities to ensure an audit trail and maintenance of progress notes.
