As a Member Support Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and retention through outreach activities, inspiring people to take action towards their physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service, drive sales, and contribute to our club's sales budget. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, generating and converting high-quality sales leads, and achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  2. Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
  3. Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  4. Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  5. Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  6. Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  7. Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  8. Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  9. Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Requirements:

  1. Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  2. A problem-solving mindset - you can provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  3. A gift for communication - you can talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action
  4. Drive - you are goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself
  5. A team player - you can rally through the hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  6. Customer focused - you can build rapport with people of all backgrounds and are motivated to help them achieve their goals

  • A competitive OTE of $40,000-$45,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
