About the Role

As a Member Support Consultant at Fitness First, you will be the driving force behind the success of our clubs. You will be the first point of contact for our members, inspiring them to begin their fitness journey and empowering them to lead fearless and extraordinary lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset - you can provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  • A gift for communication - you can talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action
