Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the planning and design of infrastructure projects, including public spaces, buildings, transportation facilities, marine structures, and community domains.

This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders and the local community to deliver well-planned, high-quality community infrastructure and facilities.

A results-driven individual with a strong background in urban planning, landscape architecture, or related fields is required. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project phases from planning to design and approval
  • Engaging with stakeholders and providing expert advice
  • Developing strategic documents, including master plans, site development plans, feasibility studies, business cases, and more
  • Identifying risks and developing timely solutions to meet project deadlines and objectives
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and the community

The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in urban planning, landscape architecture, architecture, management, or a related field, as well as proven leadership skills and experience in initiating, planning, and designing diverse infrastructure projects within complex environments.
