Your Role

As a Client Advisor, you will craft exceptional experiences for each customer, transforming their aspirations into a bespoke creation. You will establish meaningful connections with clients, providing tailored service while sharing your passion for our products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team performance indicators, including sales targets, client outreach, average transaction value, net promoter score, and conversion rate.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules through our retail training platform.
  • Support the back-of-house team with inventory management and stock reconciliation processes as required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Availability across Monday to Sunday.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail (preferably).
  • A strong brand ambassador with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A team player willing to collaborate to achieve store targets and performance indicators.
  • Energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
