About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager Buildings to join our team at Expleo Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing design packages, working with stakeholders to ensure that our facilities meet the required technical, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Management: Oversee the multidisciplinary design elements of our buildings, ensuring that designers meet technical performance requirements and providing technical responses as needed.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and review of overall design packages, including safety functional requirements as defined in the Safety Case.
- Design Integration: Ensure seamless integration of designs with other design packages, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
- Documentation: Ensure that design documentation covers the scope of operations required by the Project Manager and is produced to agreed standards, schedule, and budget.
- Project Planning: Plan for effective project implementation, identifying key factors and contributing to the project's technical planning process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is required.
- Preferred Chartered Architect or Engineer, registered with the appropriate body.
- Ideal experience in high-hazard facilities, such as nuclear or defense sectors.
