Project Manager

UGL is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of various infrastructure projects in the North-West of Tasmania. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in the water infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and finalize projects to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Manage project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources and efforts of team members to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Relevant project management accreditation (e.g., AIPM, PMBOK, PMP).
- Strong understanding of construction principles and multi-discipline contracting environments.
- High-level business and commercial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
- Civil engineering qualification and significant engineering experience in design, construction, and commissioning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships.
