As a Consultant, you will provide substance use assessments, treatment recommendations, and referrals to individuals and families involved in the child welfare system. You will also offer training and consultation services to ME OCFS on topics related to substance use disorder and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide substance use assessments and treatment recommendations to individuals and families involved in the child welfare system
* Offer training and consultation services to ME OCFS on topics related to substance use disorder and treatment
* Collaborate with ME OCFS staff to develop and implement strategies to address substance use disorders in the child welfare system
Requirements:
* Current Maine LADC licensure
* Experience with the child welfare system, providing support and education to parents and families preferred
* Strong understanding of substance use disorders and treatment modalities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
