Program Manager Child Welfare

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team, leading and mentoring practitioners to deliver exceptional service to vulnerable families.
About the Role:
- Manage and coordinate an integrated team to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and practice.
- Provide practice guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to maintain an integrated and client-focused service.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or a related field.
- Significant management experience in child and family welfare sector.
- Sound understanding of family and parenting issues, particularly in protective concerns.
- Commitment to working with marginalized groups, including indigenous and CALD clients.
- Valid driver's license.
