This position involves developing and delivering education programs that promote behavioural change and improve animal welfare outcomes.
- Design, deliver and evaluate education programs that drive attitudinal and behavioural change, supporting the prevention of cruelty to animals and improving animal welfare outcomes across the organisation and the broader community.
- Use inclusive, adaptive teaching methods to engage diverse learners in a high-quality educational environment.
- Monitor and review programs regularly, identifying and sharing opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the welfare of Education animals by adhering to all relevant policies and ethical guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Teaching/Education
- Animal Handling and husbandry knowledge and experience
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and creatively
