The Orange Door Program brings together various workforces to deliver an integrated practice model and a consolidated intake point for people experiencing family violence and those requiring support with the care and well-being of children.
In this role, you will provide guidance and leadership to practitioners across the program, ensuring close collaboration with the Leadership team to maintain a client-focused service.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional who can bring their expertise in child and family welfare to this challenging yet rewarding role.
About the Role

As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating a team of professionals

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in social work, psychology or a related field
- Significant management experience in the child and family welfare sector
- A sound understanding of family and parenting issues
- Commitment to working with marginalized groups
- Valid and current Driver's Licence
