Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Retail Client Services Team as a Financial Services Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of Challenger Limited.

About the Role

This role involves processing applications, maturities, and withdrawals for clients within set service level agreements. You will be responsible for vetting incorrect forms and requests, following up via email and phone calls, and identifying priority issues to escalate to leaders for quick resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a finance-related degree, 12 months of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. A background in customer-facing roles, combined with proficiency in multiple software applications, will be highly regarded. The ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client applications, maturities, and withdrawals within set SLAs
  • Vet incorrect forms and requests, following up via email and phone calls
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to leaders for quick resolution
  • Support extended teams to meet customer servicing needs
  • Attend training and meetings, demonstrating constructive participation
  • Proactively learn and seek opportunities for growth and development
  • Leverage creativity to identify process improvements
  • Make responsible decisions to resolve minor difficulties
Requirements
  • Finance-related degree or equivalent experience
  • 12 months of customer service experience (not limited to financial services)
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong active-listening and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in multiple applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
  • Awareness of customer service principles and practices
