The Role

Pepper Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Financial Accounting Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting related to the Pepper Lending Systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciliation of daily loans to bank transactions for various Warehouse & Securitisation Trust accounts held by Pepper Finance Corporation.
  • Reconciliation of various Trust collection bank accounts relating to lending systems
  • Preparation of daily cash payments
  • Perform month end works as required
  • Support Operations team with processing of certain financial adjustments in the mortgage platform

About You

  • Degree in Accounting with (or working towards) CPA/CA
  • Understanding month end processes and reconciliations but also excited to improve on processes
  • Intermediate level of excel skills applied to the bank and portfolio reconciliations and variances identification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Similar industry experience including insurance, legal or real estate.
