About us
We're seeking a Stores Technician to join our team in Australind, Western Australia. This is a 10-month contract opportunity that's perfect for someone looking to gain experience with a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently perform stores activities, including daily issues, receivables and binning functions;
- Conduct spot and cyclic stock takes according to procedures;
- Manage and administer warehouse and transport responsibilities for inventory and non-inventory items;
- Ensure inventory procedures are followed;
- Offload daily freight trucks and pack away items;
- Loading and dispatch of goods;
- Prepare shutdown staging for parts and components;
- Follow up with end users to collect items from the stores;
- Maintain relevant transactional activities and reports using SAP;
- Undertake training and development activities;
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of previous warehouse experience, a current C Class Driver's Licence, High Risk Licence for forklift operation, and good problem-solving skills. They'll also provide high-level customer service, work in a fast-paced environment, and promote a safe and inclusive workplace.
