We are currently seeking an accomplished Stores Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Australind Pigment Plant. Located on the picturesque Old Coast Road, this residential role requires a high level of autonomy and flexibility, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily stores activities, including receiving and issuing inventory, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate stock levels. They will also be required to maintain accurate records using SAP, perform cyclic stock takes, and provide support to end-users as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently perform daily stores activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving and issuing inventory, and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Maintain accurate records using SAP, including transactional activities and reports
  • Perform cyclic stock takes and provide support to end-users as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment (desired)
  • A current C Class Drivers Licence (essential)
  • A High Risk Licence for forklift operation (essential)
  • Good problem-solving and research skills
  • Able to provide high-level customer service
  • Highly motivated and able to promote a safe and inclusive work environment
