Job Opportunity:

The role of Junior IT Support Analyst is a fantastic career path for an individual who has completed studies in Information Technology and holds approximately one year of experience in an IT helpdesk environment.

Ideally, we are seeking a professional with expertise in both Mac and Windows operating systems as well as experience in Active Directory.

We will provide comprehensive training to ensure the successful candidate possesses the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this hands-on and varied position.

You will be part of a collaborative and experienced team responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure across multiple offices in Australia.

  • Resolution of software and hardware issues.
  • Management of all support requests from initiation to resolution.
  • Maintenance of accurate documentation.
  • Adherence to established IT support procedures.
  • Provision of appropriate user access to application software.

This role requires on-site presence at our offices in Pyrmont, Surry Hills, and The Rocks.

Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Information Technology
  • Approximately one year of experience in an IT helpdesk role
  • Expertise in Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Experience in Active Directory
