Lead F&B Service Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and lead by example. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for driving exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences across two of Adelaide's most iconic venues.

The Venues:

  • Chandelier Bar - A luxurious destination offering an extensive selection of premium spirits, bespoke cocktails, and fine wines. The stunning 2,000-piece hand-blown glass chandelier sets the tone for luxury.
  • Westward - Located on the ground floor of SkyCity Adelaide, this venue boasts panoramic views of the River Torrens, a vibrant beverage menu, and live music every Friday and Saturday night.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively motivate and guide your team towards shared goals.
  • Leadership Ability: You will have proven experience in a supervisory role and be able to bring out the best in your team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will have confidence in making decisions and solving problems on the fly.
  • Organisational Skills: You will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless service delivery.
