A highly skilled mental health professional is required to join our team and provide top-tier mental health services.
This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a nurturing environment as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and crisis intervention, participating in case formulation and medication management, and providing additional support services as needed.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to patients.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and intervene in crises.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families.
Key qualifications for this position include current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia with AHPRA, credentialing with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN), or a minimum qualification of Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing.
Additionally, applicants should have at least 2 years' full-time equivalent post-graduate work experience in mental health, including comprehensive assessments and delivery of evidence-based focused psychological strategies as per Medicare Schedule.
