About this role:
- This is a key position in the Business Operations team.
- The successful candidate will provide administrative support to staff and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing office support services to the Children, Youth and Families Division.
- Maintaining efficient record keeping, including information systems, and preparing sensitive and complex file redactions.
- Undertaking a range of financial and administrative duties, including maintaining finance records in accordance with relevant service standards, legislation and Departmental policies and procedures.
- Providing high standard customer focused telephone and reception services.
You will be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team within the Business Operations team. We are a child-safe, values-based organisation that is inclusive and diverse.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role you must have:
- Registration to work with vulnerable people in Tasmania.
- A pre-employment check will be conducted prior to appointment.
