As a strategic leader, you will support our audit division in Perth to drive operational efficiency and lead change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Resource Planning & Workforce Management: Collaborate with leadership to manage staff allocation across audit engagements for optimal utilisation and timely delivery.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with People & Culture to lead recruitment efforts, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions.
- Performance & Development: Lead performance review cycle, including goal setting, feedback collection, and promotion evaluations.
- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance quality, and reduce administrative burden.
- Client & Business Support: Support Partners and Directors in preparing tender proposals and onboarding new audit clients.
- Proven experience in operations and project/resource management within professional services environment.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Skilled in process improvement, change management, and leading cross-functional projects.
