Job Opportunity: Continuous Improvement Lead

This is a unique chance for a professional to drive continuous improvements in management systems, operational processes, and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, asset management, supply chain & logistics or equivalent, and previous experience in a collaborative enterprise environment. They will also possess strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to present professionally to various groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish data collection processes to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Implement continuous improvements using data analysis and trend identification.
  • Serve as the core operating system business partner for the program or enterprise.
  • Manage the implementation and reporting of contracted services.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence change in an exciting environment working with stakeholders to drive real improvements to the total cost of ownership.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt experience.
  • Previous experience in a collaborative enterprise environment.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement, Project Lead, or Asset Management positions.
  • Eligibility for NV1 Defence security clearance.

A background in the defence industry enhanced by knowledge in military systems, asset management, sustainment, and operational programs will be highly beneficial.
