We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Producer to join our team.
This exciting role will see you manage the day-to-day social output for Flybuys, Australia's favourite rewards program.
You will be responsible for reactive and always-on ideation, content creation, calendar management, publishing and reporting. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Sprout is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the monthly social plan for Flybuys Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, tracking trends and pitching brand-safe reactive ideas.
- Collaborating with creatives and strategists to rationalize ideas with insights on engagement, brand suitability, and audience appeal, while identifying and briefing content creators.
- Producing engaging social media videos at partner stores, adding in-app supers, closed captions and trending audio.
- Managing the social posting schedule, writing compelling captions, staying on top of trending hashtags, and scheduling/publishing content.
