**Job Summary**

We're seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to develop engaging video content for our digital platforms.

This role plays a key part in driving video views and delivering high audience engagement across all our mastheads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including video and audio
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and use data insights to improve content performance
- Create bespoke video content for multiple digital channels
- Discover and share trending social video content across all our platforms
- Collaborate with the editorial team to pitch original ideas and contribute to discussion
- Manage cross-platform publishing and monitor audience analytics

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Proven experience in video production, including camera setup, direction, editing, and motion design
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced news environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition)
- A proactive team player attitude, always looking to innovate, learn, and push creative boundaries
- Excellent production and post-production skills
- Understanding of digital content delivery and workflows
- Strong understanding of journalistic principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable

  • Demonstrated experience in video production
