As a Digital Content Creator at Aje's Head Office in Sydney, you will develop and execute a digital content strategy across multiple brands and channels.

You will drive storytelling and engagement on key platforms like TikTok and Instagram, plan and brief content shoots with a 'content for purpose' mindset, and work closely with the Content Producer and Creative team to deliver impactful assets.

Key responsibilities include recommending new content formats, leading content and strategy execution for events, partnerships, and activations, connecting offline retail experiences with online social presence, collaborating with the Marketing Manager to amplify partnerships and campaigns, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Additionally, you will create annual digital strategies, KPIs, and content roadmaps, build innovative campaigns that align with brand pillars and seasonal storytelling, manage daily publishing, copywriting, and community engagement, and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.

You will partner with PR, Marketing, and Digital teams to align paid and organic strategies, monitor KPIs and performance, analyse and report on results, benchmark against industry trends, and propose opportunities to grow brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in organic digital media-related roles, extensive experience in creating engaging content, excellent copywriting skills, strong verbal communication, high organisational skills, analytical abilities, a sound understanding of the fashion world, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
